Today, as you move through your day just know that you are who GOD says you are. Everything else is just bull.


People who live in the past and have not evolved cannot grasp the concept of others healing, growing and changing. They expect you to stay stuck in all areas of your life because they have. This is projection, and misery loves company. Dismiss it. Set boundaries & stand firm on them. Keep EVOLVING.

And remember, someone else’s opinion of you does not matter.

Recognize how far you’ve come and recognize what you’ve got to lose and keep it pushing.

Do not let anyone else’s lack cause you to revert back into old ways of thinking and maneuvering.

Remember, the aim is genuine peace and growth in our lives.
